At Amazzing Bounce House, we want your event to be "amazzing" and stress-free. To ensure our equipment remains safe and clean for every family, we kindly ask you to adhere to the following policies.

1. Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that life happens. Our refund policy is based on the timing of your notice:

• 72-Hour Notice (Full Refund): To receive a 100% full refund, you must cancel your reservation at least 3 days (72 hours) before your scheduled delivery time.
• Less than 72-Hour Notice: Cancellations made within the 3-day window are non-refundable. However, we will issue a Raincheck/Store Credit for the full amount paid, valid for one (1) year from your original event date.
• Inclement Weather: If severe weather (high winds or heavy rain) is forecast, you may cancel by 8:00 AM on the day of the event for a full store credit. No refunds or credits are issued once the equipment has been delivered and set up.

2. Strict "No Silly String" Policy

Silly String is the "kryptonite" of vinyl inflatables. It contains chemicals that cause permanent chemical burns, staining, and melting of the bounce house material.

• Prohibition: Silly String is strictly prohibited on or even near the inflatable unit.
• Damage Fee: If Silly String residue is found on the unit, the customer will be charged a minimum $500 damage fee.
• Replacement: If the damage is extensive and cannot be repaired to a professional standard, the customer will be responsible for the full replacement cost of the inflatable unit.

3. Cleaning & Maintenance Fees

We take pride in delivering sanitized, sparkling clean equipment. We expect the units to be returned in a similar condition (minus normal usage).

• General Cleaning Fee: A $75–$150 cleaning fee will be assessed if the unit is returned with:
  • Excessive mud, grass, or dirt inside the unit.
  • Food, candy, or gum.
  • Confetti, glitter, or face paint.
• Prohibited Items: To avoid fees, please ensure no shoes, jewelry, toys, or pets enter the bounce house.
• Substances: Use of bubbles, soap, oils, or "slime" inside a dry unit will result in an automatic $150 deep-cleaning fee.

4. Policy Summary

Agreement: By booking with Amazzing Bounce House, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the terms above. We appreciate your help in keeping our equipment safe and clean for everyone!
