For the safety and proper setup of all bounce houses and wet/dry combo units, stakes are used to securely anchor the inflatable into the ground. By accepting delivery, the customer acknowledges and agrees that stakes will be driven into the ground and that it is the customer’s responsibility to identify and mark any underground utilities, including but not limited to sprinkler systems, irrigation lines, electrical wiring, gas lines, or plumbing.

The company is not responsible for any damage to underground systems or property that is not clearly marked prior to setup.

For wet/dry combo units, a water hose connection is required to operate the sprinkler system. The customer is responsible for providing a working water source and ensuring that the area is suitable for water use. The company is not liable for water-related issues, including but not limited to oversaturation, pooling, or damage to grass, landscaping, or surrounding areas.

By proceeding with the rental, the customer accepts full responsibility for any damages related to unmarked underground utilities and water usage conditions.
